Everyones favourite, lazy, lasagna-loving cat has been around since 1978 and Garfield is just as popular today as he was then, when he debuted as a comic strip more than three decades ago. The strip spawned a TV show, video games, two feature films and millions of books. Garfield's character design has changed many times throughout the years - but what hasn't changed is that the cat has always been - and always will be - fat.
